By enrolling in training, guided dives, or programs offered by Black Deep Technical Diving, you agree to the following terms.
All courses follow the standards established by Technical Diving International (TDI) or the relevant certification agency.
Certification is not guaranteed and will only be issued when the instructor determines that the student has successfully demonstrated the required knowledge, judgment, and in-water skills.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the prerequisites for each course, including:
Failure to meet prerequisites may result in rescheduling or cancellation of training.
Students are responsible for maintaining and properly configuring their personal diving equipment unless rental equipment is arranged in advance.
All equipment must be appropriate for the level of training being conducted.
Technical diving involves inherent risks. Students must follow all safety procedures and instructor guidance at all times.
The instructor reserves the right to terminate training or diving activities if safety standards are not met.
Participation in technical diving activities involves risks that cannot be eliminated. Students will be required to complete standard training agency liability waivers before participating in diving activities.
