As a recreational diver with an interest in technical diving, I completed my Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures course in doubles with Mike Taylor. What stood out most about Mike's instruction was the depth of his real-world experience and the professionalism he brings to every aspect of training. He takes instruction seriously and emphasizes not just what to do, but why it matters, helping students build a strong foundation of knowledge and good habits from the start. Training with Mike gave me a much greater level of confidence in the water and improved my ability to think through challenges and solve problems when in the event that something didn't go exactly as planned. I started my technical diving journey with Mike Taylor in his ANDP course, and since then I've earned my MOD1 certification on my JJ Rebreather, DVP certification, and sidemount training - all under Mike's instruction.
